TMX-CDS has begun the Post Trade Modernization (PTM) Project to deliver an integrated technology platform for the TMX-CDS systems including:

Clearing

Settlement

Depository

Corporate Actions

Risk

A new technology platform for Market Infrastructure.

Build on the exceptional reliability and security that market participants have come to expect from TMX-CDS, while driving greater efficiency, responsiveness and flexibility.

The implementation effort will require a significant coordination of activities amongst TMX-CDS, its clearing and settlement participants, service providers and regulators.

CDS will continue to engage participants through Industry committees and working groups as well as in one on one meetings and group forums, where required throughout the life of the project.
